Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Odoo modules and customizations.
- Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and support.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Odoo implementations.
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher (Or not).
Technical skills are more important than degree - Strong knowledge of Python
- Knowledge of data models available in Odoo core.
- Proven expertise in developing custom modules in Odoo.
- Functional knowledge of Business Workflow & Odoo.
Nice to have
- Experience in Odoo Website/Owl Development
- Fluency in English & Hindi or Gujarati
- Experience with ubuntu
- Experience with git
