Magento connector

Magento is built to merchandise. Odoo runs what happens next.

Configurable products, attribute sets, multiple store views, B2B tier pricing: the Magento catalogue model is powerful and genuinely awkward to sync well. We map it into Odoo properly, so stock, orders and invoices reflect what actually happened, not a simplified approximation of it.

What it does

Why the Magento connector

Catalogue mapping that respects how Magento is built

Configurable products and their simple children map to Odoo product templates and variants correctly, attribute sets preserved, so stock is tracked at the level you actually sell.

The full order lifecycle, not just the order

Orders, partial invoices and credit memos sync into Odoo as they happen, so accounting reflects reality rather than a single flattened "order placed" event.

Stock that stays one number

Odoo pushes saleable quantity back to Magento with Multi-Source Inventory awareness, so every store view and website reads from the same real figure.

Honestly scoped before we commit

Magento installs vary hugely in extension stack and catalogue structure. We scope your actual store and its extensions before quoting a timeline, rather than pricing off a generic spec.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you support Magento 1, or only Magento 2?
New integrations are built for Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce. Magento 1 reached end of life a while back, so if you are still on M1 the conversation usually becomes as much about replatforming as about integrating, and we will be straight with you about that before scoping any work.
How do configurable products map into Odoo?
A Magento configurable product and its simple children map to an Odoo product template with variants, attribute sets preserved, so stock and pricing are tracked at the actual sellable variant level rather than flattened into one generic SKU.
We run multiple store views and websites from a single Magento instance. Does that complicate things?
It is common and we plan for it. Each Magento website maps to the right Odoo company, warehouse or pricelist, so a UK store view and a separate EU website do not end up sharing figures they should not.
Our Magento install is heavily customised with extensions. Will the integration still work?
Magento stores vary a lot in extension stack and catalogue structure, more than most platforms, so we scope your actual store, extensions included, before quoting a timeline or price rather than working off a generic spec. Once live, stock sync stays Multi-Source Inventory aware, so saleable quantity stays accurate regardless of how many sources you stock from.

Magento is newer in our connector line-up than Shopify or bol.com, both of which we built and still run ourselves. We bring the same discipline to Magento: proper attribute-set and multi-store mapping, MSI-aware stock, full order-lifecycle sync, and we will tell you plainly if your setup needs more discovery before we commit to a number.
