Odoo Integration Services
Integration is where our reputation lives. Most Odoo partners resell third-party connectors and shrug when they break. We build and maintain our own, including a commercial Shopify connector and a bol.com connector with years of production history, and we’ve delivered an EDI pipeline processing thousands of documents daily.
Whatever system holds part of your operational truth (storefront, marketplace, 3PL, accounting, EDI network), integration means Odoo and that system agreeing automatically, permanently.
What the work involves
- Connectors we own. Our own Shopify connector, our bol.com connector, and Magento integration expertise. When something breaks, we fix code we wrote, not raise a ticket with a vendor.
- Any API, honestly assessed. REST, GraphQL, SOAP, EDI, SFTP file drops: if the system has an interface, we can connect it, and if the interface is bad we’ll tell you the realistic options before you spend money.
- Sync design that survives Friday. Scheduled, verifiable, replayable syncs with logging and failure alerting. Architecture chosen for Black Friday load, not the demo.
- Reconciliation built in. Every serious integration includes a reconciliation mechanism: counts and values compared across systems on schedule, so drift is a report, not a discovery.
- The full integration catalogue. Browse specific platforms under integrations: storefronts, marketplaces, payments, shipping, accounting, EDI and analytics.
How integrations go live
- Systems and data mapping. Which system owns which truth, what flows in which direction, and a written mapping document covering fields, taxes and edge cases.
- Architecture chosen for reliability. Scheduled, verifiable, replayable syncs sized for your peak volumes, not the demo.
- Staging sync against real structures. The integration runs against copies of your live systems, with the awkward records included deliberately.
- Reconciliation before trust. Counts and values compared across systems until the numbers agree on evidence, not optimism.
- Cutover with monitoring. Production go-live with logging, failure alerting and an agreed reconciliation cadence for the first month.
