Inventory management for Shopify

Shopify says "in stock". Your warehouse disagrees.

Once you add a 3PL, a second store, wholesale or a marketplace, Shopify can't be the single source of truth for your stock. So someone reconciles it by hand every day, and the busy day you oversell is the one customers remember. We fix that: one accurate stock number your Shopify store reads from, in real time.

Why it drifts

Why Shopify inventory never quite agrees

Shopify is a store, not a stock system

It tracks what it sold, not what you actually have across a 3PL, a second store, wholesale or a marketplace. Past one channel, it stops being the truth.

Apps sync some of it, not all

Inventory apps patch pieces together. The moment two counts disagree, someone opens a spreadsheet and reconciles by hand.

The oversell on the busy day

The oversell that actually hurts always lands on your biggest trading day, and it is the one your customers remember.

Reordering too late

With no single view of true stock, purchase orders get raised after you have already run out, not before.

What good looks like

One accurate stock number. Everywhere.

Your stock lives in one system that owns the number. Shopify, your 3PL, marketplaces and POS all read from it and write to it in real time. No reconciling by hand, no overselling on the busy day, and reorder points that actually trigger before you run out.

How we do it

Odoo becomes the source of truth. Shopify keeps selling.

We build the stock system on Odoo, the open-source commerce ERP, and connect your Shopify store to it with our own connector. Odoo owns the real inventory number; Shopify keeps doing what it is best at, selling. If a sync ever breaks, we fix it, not a third party.

It handles the cases Shopify apps struggle with: multiple Shopify stores on one backend, a POS-linked physical store, wholesale, and true landed cost. For a UK lifestyle brand we unified three Shopify stores, marketplaces and a 3PL into one system with accurate product costing.
