- Added scope is quoted separately. If you want more later, that’s its own quoted piece of work, which is exactly what keeps the original price honest rather than a moving target.
- Delivered on staging with checkpoints. Configuration lands on staging and is reviewed with you as it grows, so there’s no gap between what was scoped and what arrives.
- A clear path to extend. The tiers build on each other, so growing later adds scope without redoing the foundation.
Common questions
Isn't fixed price just consulting with a markup for risk?
No, because the scope is genuinely fixed and delivered in weeks, not padded against an open commitment. If your need doesn't fit a tier cleanly, we recommend consulting instead, honestly.
What if our requirements change mid-project?
Changes are quoted as separate scope so the original price holds. If your requirements are still moving, that's a sign a scoped custom implementation may fit better than a fixed tier.
