Quickodoo Intermediate Tier
Quickodoo Intermediate is the fixed-price tier for businesses that need Odoo connected to the channels they actually sell on, not just running in isolation.
It covers 4 to 6 apps plus connectors, delivered in roughly 6 to 7 weeks, with scope and price fixed up front.
What this looks like in practice
- Four to six apps plus connectors. The operational core plus the integrations that matter: a Shopify connector, a marketplace, or a shipping or payment integration, configured and reconciled as part of the build.
- Six to seven weeks, fixed. A defined timeline and a fixed price for the agreed scope, so a multi-channel setup lands predictably rather than sprawling.
- For multi-channel operators. Right when you sell across a storefront and one or more channels and need stock, orders and fulfilment to agree across all of them without manual re-keying.
- Connectors reconciled, not just installed. The integrations are tested on staging against real data and reconciled before go-live, so the numbers agree from day one rather than after a month of firefighting.
- Room to reach accounting. Intermediate stops short of full accounting and manufacturing automation. When you need those, Advanced is the step up, on the same foundation.
How the fixed price stays fixed
- A scope written down first. The apps, connectors and configuration are agreed and documented before we begin, so both sides can point at what was promised.
- Priced against that scope. The number is fixed against the written scope. Vague requirements get discovery questions, not a padded number.
- Added scope is quoted separately. If you want more later, that’s its own quoted piece of work, which is exactly what keeps the original price honest rather than a moving target.
- Delivered on staging with checkpoints. Configuration lands on staging and is reviewed with you as it grows, so there’s no gap between what was scoped and what arrives.
- A clear path to extend. The tiers build on each other, so growing later adds scope without redoing the foundation.
Common questions
Which connectors are included?
The ones your operation needs, scoped up front: commonly the Shopify connector, a marketplace, or shipping and payment integrations. We confirm the exact set before starting.
How is this different from a full implementation?
It's a fixed scope and fixed price for a defined set of apps and connectors, rather than an open-ended programme. For genuinely complex operations, a full implementation may fit better, and we'll say so.
Can we start here and add accounting later?
Yes. Moving to Advanced adds accounting and manufacturing on the foundation Intermediate builds, without redoing the earlier work.
