Quickodoo Advanced Tier
Quickodoo Advanced is the fixed-price tier for businesses that want Odoo running the whole operation, including the accounting and manufacturing that the lower tiers deliberately leave out.
It covers the operational core plus accounting and MRP, delivered in roughly 8 to 10 weeks, scoped and priced before we begin.
What this looks like in practice
- The full operational system. Sales, inventory, purchasing and channels, plus accounting and manufacturing, configured to work as one system rather than modules bolted together.
- Accounting done properly. Full accounting with the localisation and reporting your finance team needs, integrated with operations so month-end becomes review rather than reconstruction.
- Manufacturing where you need it. MRP configured for real production: bills of materials, work orders and the costing that makes stock and margin honest as you build.
- Eight to ten weeks, fixed. A defined timeline and fixed price for a genuinely broad scope, which is only possible because the scope is agreed and written down first.
- The complete Quickodoo tier. Advanced is the top fixed-price tier. Operations too bespoke even for this are candidates for a full custom implementation, which we scope separately and honestly.
How the fixed price stays fixed
- A scope written down first. The apps, connectors and configuration are agreed and documented before we begin, so both sides can point at what was promised.
- Priced against that scope. The number is fixed against the written scope. Vague requirements get discovery questions, not a padded number.
- Added scope is quoted separately. If you want more later, that’s its own quoted piece of work, which is exactly what keeps the original price honest rather than a moving target.
- Delivered on staging with checkpoints. Configuration lands on staging and is reviewed with you as it grows, so there’s no gap between what was scoped and what arrives.
- A clear path to extend. The tiers build on each other, so growing later adds scope without redoing the foundation.
Common questions
Does this include Odoo Enterprise?
Full accounting localisation usually points to Enterprise, which is a per-user subscription with all apps included. We'll model whether the Enterprise features you'd use justify it, or whether Community fits. See Community vs Enterprise.
Is 8 to 10 weeks realistic for this much scope?
For the defined Advanced scope, yes, because it's scoped tightly and delivered on staging with weekly checkpoints. Genuinely unusual requirements are flagged at scoping as separate work.
What if our needs exceed Advanced?
Then a full custom implementation is the honest answer, and we'll tell you rather than stretch a fixed tier past what it can cover well.
