Odoo.sh for Enterprise users who value managed simplicity; self-hosting for cost control, Community edition or data-residency needs. We run both daily and will recommend against our own convenience if that's what fits.
Can you rescue our fragile server setup?
Yes, stabilisation is a common engagement: document what exists, get backups trustworthy, then migrate to managed configuration without a big-bang risk.
Do you provide ongoing infrastructure management?

What uptime can we expect?
Well-configured Odoo on decent infrastructure runs quietly for months. The honest risks are deployments and upgrades, which is why the discipline (staging, CI, rollback paths) matters more than the hosting brand.
Do you handle security patching?
