Consulting and implementation work is governed by the statement of work agreed for each project, including scope boundaries, deliverables, timelines and payment terms. Where these terms and a signed statement of work conflict, the statement of work prevails.

Intellectual property

Website content, the Dreambits name and logo, and our proprietary connectors remain the property of Dreambits Tech Ltd. Client-specific deliverables are licensed or assigned as set out in the relevant statement of work.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on website content. Liability under engagements is as defined in the applicable agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
