Quickodoo Basic Tier
Quickodoo Basic is the fixed-scope, fixed-price entry into Odoo for businesses that need to get off spreadsheets and disconnected tools onto one system, fast, without an open-ended consulting bill.
It covers 2 to 3 core apps, delivered in roughly 4 to 6 weeks, with the scope and the price agreed before we start.
What this looks like in practice
- Two to three core apps. Typically sales, inventory and purchasing, or the core trio your operation most needs. We configure them to work together properly rather than installing everything and leaving you to wire it up.
- Four to six weeks, fixed. A defined timeline with the scope written down, so you know what you’re getting and when. Fixed price means the number doesn’t drift once we begin.
- For businesses getting off spreadsheets. Ideal when your operation has outgrown manual tools but doesn’t yet need accounting automation or manufacturing. Basic gets the operational spine in place.
- Configured, not just installed. The apps are set up around how you actually work, with your products, your workflow and your team’s real process, then you’re trained on it.
- A foundation to build on. Basic is designed to extend. When you’re ready for connectors, accounting or manufacturing, you move up a tier rather than starting again.
How the fixed price stays fixed
- A scope written down first. The apps, connectors and configuration are agreed and documented before we begin, so both sides can point at what was promised.
- Priced against that scope. The number is fixed against the written scope. Vague requirements get discovery questions, not a padded number.
- Added scope is quoted separately. If you want more later, that’s its own quoted piece of work, which is exactly what keeps the original price honest rather than a moving target.
- Delivered on staging with checkpoints. Configuration lands on staging and is reviewed with you as it grows, so there’s no gap between what was scoped and what arrives.
- A clear path to extend. The tiers build on each other, so growing later adds scope without redoing the foundation.
Common questions
What if we need more than three apps?
Then Intermediate or Advanced is the right tier. We'll tell you honestly at scoping which fits, rather than squeezing you into Basic and change-requesting the rest.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes, for the agreed scope. If you later add scope, that's a separate, quoted piece of work, so the original number stays honest.
Can we add a Shopify connector later?
Yes. The connector slots in when you're ready, which is usually the move from Basic to Intermediate.
