What the work involves
- Multi-location truth. Own warehouses, shops, 3PLs and Amazon FBA modelled as the distinct locations they are, with routes and rules matching how goods actually move.
- Channel stock strategy. Allocation and buffer rules deciding what each channel may sell, protecting your own site during peaks or prioritising marketplace SLAs, per your commercial policy.
- Replenishment intelligence. Reorder rules, lead-time-aware purchasing and seasonal adjustments configured to your suppliers’ reality, so POs raise before stockouts rather than after.
- Custom stock behaviours. Non-standard flows (consignment, demo stock, transformation, kit logic) built as clean extensions of Odoo’s stock engine.
- Reconciliation machinery. Cycle counts, adjustment governance and cross-system stock reconciliation (see 3PL integration) as running processes with reports, not aspirations.
How custom work is delivered
- Specification from the business outcome. We start from what the work must achieve, not a feature list, and write it down so both sides can point at it later.
- Fixed quote with an hours breakdown. You see where the effort goes before committing. Vague briefs get discovery questions, not padded numbers.
- Build on staging against acceptance criteria. Development happens against your real data structures, with the acceptance tests agreed upfront.
- Your sign-off on staging. You test the work where breaking things is free. Nothing promotes to production on our say-so alone.
- Deploy, document, hand over. Production release, technical documentation, and the code in your repository. No hostage situations.

Our stock never matches reality. Can this actually be fixed?
Yes, but it's process plus system: accurate locations, disciplined adjustments, scheduled reconciliation. We build the machinery and help install the habits; either alone fails.
Can we reserve web stock separately from shop stock?
Yes, allocation strategies per channel are exactly this service, from hard splits to dynamic buffers.
How do you handle unit-of-measure chaos (each/box/pallet)?
Proper UoM architecture with conversion discipline, set up once and enforced, ending the classic 'ordered 12, received 12 boxes of 12' failure.
