Quickodoo Industries We Serve
Quickodoo suits businesses whose operations are well understood enough to scope tightly, which covers a lot of retail, ecommerce and distribution. Here’s where the fixed-price tiers tend to fit, and where a custom implementation is the more honest route.
What this looks like in practice
- Retail and ecommerce. Storefront-plus-operations businesses map cleanly onto the tiers: Basic for the operational spine, Intermediate once channels and connectors are involved. See ecommerce solutions.
- Multi-channel sellers. Brands selling across a storefront, marketplaces and maybe a shop fit Intermediate well, where the connectors and reconciliation are part of the fixed scope.
- Distribution and wholesale. Purchasing, inventory and order management are well-understood territory that scopes tightly, making the fixed-price model a good fit.
- Manufacturers with standard processes. Advanced covers MRP for production that follows a recognisable pattern. Genuinely unusual manufacturing is better as scoped custom work.
- Where a custom build fits better. Highly bespoke operations, multi-entity complexity, or businesses still discovering their requirements are candidates for a full implementation rather than a fixed tier.
How the fixed price stays fixed
- A scope written down first. The apps, connectors and configuration are agreed and documented before we begin, so both sides can point at what was promised.
- Priced against that scope. The number is fixed against the written scope. Vague requirements get discovery questions, not a padded number.
- Added scope is quoted separately. If you want more later, that’s its own quoted piece of work, which is exactly what keeps the original price honest rather than a moving target.
- Delivered on staging with checkpoints. Configuration lands on staging and is reviewed with you as it grows, so there’s no gap between what was scoped and what arrives.
- A clear path to extend. The tiers build on each other, so growing later adds scope without redoing the foundation.
