What this looks like in practice
- What it syncs. Orders, products, stock, invoices, payments and refunds, in the directions you choose, across one store or many. Each is configurable rather than all-or-nothing.
- How it stays reliable. Scheduled GraphQL fetching instead of fragile webhooks, with every sync logged, verifiable and replayable. Failures surface with the record behind them.
- Who it’s for. Brands that have outgrown manual re-keying or a fragile app stack: multi-channel retailers, growing DTC brands, and anyone running more than one Shopify store.
- How you get it. Standalone from £899 if you’re already on Odoo, or as part of a full implementation. Optional monitoring keeps it healthy after go-live.
How the connector is delivered
- Standalone from £899. If you’re already on Odoo, the connector is installed and configured for your stores from £899, with the sync rules and invoice mode set to your process.
- Or as part of an implementation. Most clients take it inside a full Odoo build, delivered in roughly 6 to 10 weeks, so the connector and the rest of the system go live together.
- Configured on staging first. Sync rules, catalogue mapping and invoice mode are set up and reconciled against real data on staging before anything touches production.
- Reconciled before you trust it. Order counts, stock and payment totals are checked across Shopify and Odoo until they agree on evidence, not optimism.
- Optional monitoring after go-live. A support retainer watches sync health and error queues, so issues surface to us before they become oversells or a customer complaint.
Common questions
Is our storefront affected?
No. The connector runs behind the scenes; your theme, checkout and apps are untouched.
Webhooks or scheduled sync?
Scheduled GraphQL fetching. Webhooks drop data under load, and peak trading is exactly when you can't afford a missing order.
Can it replace our current connector?
Usually. We audit what the existing one syncs, reconcile the data, and cut over without losing order history. It's a common engagement.
Which Odoo versions are supported?
Current versions, with connector upgrades handled as part of any migration we deliver.
